Patrick Fredricks is a firm believer that everyone has a "superpower", and he’s spent the last 20 years helping people find and lean into theirs. As the Executive Director of the Southwest Colorado Education Collaborative, Patrick focuses on building the regional partnerships and strategic pathways that help students and the local workforce thrive.

His leadership is grounded in over a decade of experience at Fort Lewis College and a deep commitment to the local community, furthered by his time as a graduate of Leadership La Plata. As a certified CliftonStrengths Coach, Patrick doesn't just lead organizations; he builds them around what people do best. His own "Top 5" strengths—Relator, Responsibility, Consistency, Adaptability, and Belief—serve as his personal framework for steady, mission-driven leadership.

A product of Central Michigan and Western Carolina University, Patrick moved West 15 years ago and never looked back. Outside of work, he’s usually busy keeping up with his wife, their three children, and two dogs, making the most of every adventure that comes with life in the Southwest.
