Bridges to Success
Local life coach and marathon veteran Mindy Stern has put together a 25-week inspirational coaching program to support runners and walkers during their training. Whether you're running your first or 50th marathon, you'll benefit from these weekly motivational calls that will "bridge" you, Mindy and other runners/walkers. The 45-minute sessions begin Tuesday, April 18, and run through October 3. Topics include goal setting, celebrating milestones, running as a metaphor for life, mental preparation and more. FREE if you have signed up for Run for Your Life (see above); $189 for WRC members and participants of Run with Purpose; $229 all others. E-mail Mindy Stern or call 970-382-2727 for more information.
