Pro-se (Do-it-yourself) Divorce Clinics
The Women’s Resource Center and the Southwest Bar Association sponsor free pro-se divorce clinics the second Monday of every month from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Durango Public Library. We also offer divorce packets for $5 each. Call 247-1242 for more information, or check our calendar for workshop dates.
Pro Se Divorce Consultations
The Women’s Resource Center offers one-to-one, 60-minute legal consultations with a lawyer for a nominal fee of $5. Consultations are scheduled on the third Monday of the month, and clients are required to attend the Pro Se Divorce Seminar FIRST, before scheduling an appointment with the legal representative. The program has been made possible by a generous grant from the Colorado Bar Foundation. For more information about the service, contact the Women’s Resource Center at 247-1242.
